Beer From The Cave Release: Virginia Bluebells
Our next release from our Beers From the Cave series is ready to step into the lime light! Let’s see what our Brewer has to say about this one.
Virginia Bluebells Hybrid American Wheat Ale 10.6%: Barrel Aged in an Ex-Bourbon Cask that was used to age Peach Brandy. You will taste notes of peach and bourbon that has been touched with wildflower honey.
As always, our members will get first dibs on this bad boy. We will be releasing this to our membership, starting Thursday, 9/23, with a release for the public starting on Friday. Come on in and give this one a shot.
Firefighter Appreciation Day 10/2
This is always a fun weekend on the mountain! Come on out and support two local firehouses that serve our community. Blue Ridge Volunteer Fire and Rescue and John Ender’s Fire Company have worked with our brewer Charles to prepare brews for this event. All proceeds from the sale of their two beers will be donated to the fire companies! Come try their delicious small batch brews and support a wonderful cause!
Bear Chase is Hiring!
We are looking for exceptional individuals to join our Barback team! If you happen to know any rock star students or other star players, we would love to have them round out our team. If you have ever been curious about where we make our beer or our brewing process, then we have just the thing for you! Every Saturday at 2 P.M, our Head Brewer Charles is making himself available to show you around our brew house. No reservations are necessary! Just come on in and go to the meet up point at the big garage door down by the Bear Cave a little before start time and he will show you around. While you are down there, have a look at our newly finished bar in the Bear Cave!

Host your next event whether it be a corporate happy hour, rehearsal dinner, birthday party or reunion at Bear Chase’s private event space, the Bear Cave. The Bear Cave is our private rental space that features a 9-tap bar and offers a heated tent and indoor/outdoor space.
